My Linked-in Group "Training Content Development"

I created "Training Content Development" group sometime back and now we are more than 350 members. It really feels good that people want to share and know more about Training Design and best practices for content development (Instructor-led Training and e-learning). People get answers to their queries on this group and everyone seems to be helping each other with Training Design and Development.

One of the featured discussion these days is "Best Practices for converting Classroom training to e-learning ". There were many good points shared, which can help Trainers who are intending to introduce e-learning.

Also shared were many useful tips on effective use of a power point presentation in an Instructor-led Training. I am looking at expanding this group so that more and more people from Training Design function join and benefit from this discussion forum and also network with fellow members.
You can go to linkedin website and search for the "Training Content Development" group and be a part of our group.
